Blogging can be very broadening

I am here to testify that my passion for writing has been very “broadening,” but it is not just me or my imagination.

Overweight? Blame the Internet. (this is actually about a particular product, but the info is great!)

In fact, in just a few short months, my clothes don’t fit the same. Sigh… so as much as I dislike the thought, I have concluded that I must make some personal changes. Sure, I could cut back my computer time, which is a good idea, I know, but there is no guarantee that I will actually use my newly liberated time to exercise; I just know myself too well.

However, I wondered if there’s a way to have my cake and eat it, too, and discovered that others are dealing with this dilemma, also. Understand, I am NOT an exercise fanatic, or even one who likes to do more than strenuous gardening, but if I don’t do something I am going to write myself into larger clothing and heart disease, and my family genetics are not friendly to that.

I thought of some kind of standing desk, or one with a stationary bike/elliptical machine, but those would be too hard to type while using. Then I thought of a treadmill, and started looking. To my surprise and delight, I have encountered a number of people with the same idea. But now I am trying to find out what is the best, most affordable solution, so….

is anyone out there using treadmill desk? Are there any of adjustable height (different people in family)? Please reply and let me know. Do you use it at work, did you buy it or make it? I MUST do something! I have gained back all the weight I lost and I CANNOT continue this way.
